I think it looks like one of those Sketzkies from the movie Dark cystal,twisted screwed up Extra Evil Sketzkie! Hate to bump into that thing in the woods.
Just thought I'd compile a few things and see where it took me...this was the result...it started as a dragon but hey whatever works.
